250: A Smoke and a Smokey Joe
Again, cooking in the late evening and having a cigar to help me time the coals and the cooking.
I’ve got my Simpsons 10th Anniversary Smokey Joe propped up on cinderblocks because if it rests on the ground, the heat emanating from it will kill the grass. Don’t want to do that.
Dinner tonight was broccoli and leeks, mashed sweet potatoes, and I was in charge of grilling two bison ribeye steaks.
