Excited to use it to make a bunch of kale chips

When the mister arrived, I was excited to use it to make a bunch of kale chips. So, I was quite disappointed when the plunger didn’t work after I had followed the instructions exactly. When I called the customer service number & a human answered I was hopeful. The lady was super pleasant, helpful, understanding AND so efficient that I received a replacement in just two days!! Excellent service.
