Our good friend chef Romy Prasad has cooked in the kitchens of Michelin starred restaurants in Europe and New York. He’s one of the most innovative and creative chefs we know. Luckily for us, he’s currently an executive chef in Vancouver.

Romy invited Scot and The BBQ Boys crew to drop by and guide us through some great summer grilling ideas. Here’s his version of whole trout with grilled tomato salsa with asparagus and oyster mushrooms. Romy shows us how quick and easy it can be!
